The rays of the spring sun are starting to feel warmer, the buds have come into leaf and the flowers are blooming: it's time for the Hotel Sezz to open its doors once again! The rooms have been open to the sweetness of the April sun, the beds made, the bathrooms prepared, and our chef has created an exciting new menu for our Colette restaurant. Everything is ready for your arrival at Sezz Saint-Tropez.
The calm of the winter period precedes the spring awakening. Nature has come out of hibernation to offer us its most beautiful combinations of colours and scents. And, the Gulf looks truly beautiful in the April light. The first sunbeds gradually settle on beaches where even the sand seems to feel denser as the days heat up. The trails and paths that dot the coast shimmer with exuberant green foliage and the cliffs and rocks shine like new.
Cafes, shops and bars come to life. Footsteps, voices and a buzz of activity created by those who work here throughout the year as well as our visitors. The Navy, Annonciade, Gendarmerie, and Butterfly House museums await, as do the splendid Gulf villages. Regattas, Printemps Musical, Nuits de la Moutte, Voiles de Saint-Tropez, and the big jumble sale are all festive moments that make each year special. As for us, we will be delighted to welcome you to the tables of our Colette restaurant. Our chef is ready, as he is each season, to reveal a new menu filled with dishes made with seasonal produce and filled with the flavours of the Mediterranean. And of course, our barbecue and its summer vibes and tasty grilled food! In the evening, you might sit on the terrace between the olive trees, gazing at the red and pink sun as it sets on the Gulf before returning to the quiet intimacy of your room.
